Scleral Lens Insertion with Dental Ring or O-Ring:
- Preparation: Place the dental ring or O-ring on one finger. Then, position the scleral lens on top of the ring. This configuration allows for better control of the lower eyelid with your other fingers.
- Filling and Positioning: Fill the scleral lens with non-preserved saline solution. Use your other hand to control your upper eyelid.
- Application: With a swift and controlled motion, apply the scleral lens to your eye.
