How to Insert Scleral Lenses With Fingers

To insert your scleral lens without using tools, you’ll need good dexterity. Balancing the lens on one finger isn’t ideal due to its weight when filled with solution. Instead, use two or three fingers to support the lens securely.

Gently fill the lens with saline solution and use your other hand to open your eyelids. Carefully place the lens on your eye with a smooth motion.
